Return Policy – Imbasat

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Imbasatworld@gmail.com. Returns should only be sent to the address provided on the return shipping label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order items)

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene-related items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.


European Union 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days — for any reason and without needing to provide justification. As with all returns, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
